It's hard to train without EXP Share, though... it's attacking stats are awful, and you can't get Seismic Toss on it until after the Elites...

*goes back to catching Pokemon to get EXP Share*

I think I have 3 EXP Shares because my brother keeps trading me Pokémon with it equipped before he restarts FireRed. And back on Blue version, I had a Chansey with over 700 HP, so that's what makes it so good.
