Weegee, buy it and wait until you have a good computer capable of running the games. The beauty of Steam is that it's tied to an account, and you can redownload stuff whenever you want on whatever computer you want.

(And do so in the next four hours, before sales roll over.)

This. I absolutely love this about Steam. My crappy laptop can't run Team Fortress 2 but I was able to buy it and use it on another computer anyway.
