"Back in the Midevil days we didn't have things like Compact Disks and Super Mario men."

I'm a little surprised Family Guy has yet to reference Mario due to their obsession with throwing out old 80's references. Glad Robot Chicken has though.
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

One of the episodes, Mario was laughing at Homer so Homer got mad and started throwing Barrels at Mario Like Donkey Kong

Also, in Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story, Stewie's stunt double in part 3 was thought to be Mario by some fans, according to Mr. MacFarlane.

Also donkey kong was in there. in fact a lot of video game refrences were in that episode like pac-man and quake (you need a blue key).

In the episode where homer went on the internet when he was caught dancing like crazy and mario came out of the bus later and said "take a picture with me and the monkey" then homer picked up garbage cans and rolled them at mario and then mario dodged them like on donkey kong and some arcade music played.
