Negative. I have not played the internets levels because they do not count for completion percentage and that was all I was going for and after I got 100% SMB could go suck a big one.

I gave up because there was lag and I had more important things to be doing. My younger brother picked up the slack, though, but he's generally been better at games than me, anyway.

Got it as part of the latest Humble Indie Bundle, started it after my first Skyrim playthrough. Crazy hard and crazy fun. I doubt I'll go for the Achievements, since a good chunk of them are "clear [world] without dying" but I will be, at the very least, going for A+ on every stage.

This game is also the second-biggest cause of hand cramps in my life.

Liar, biggest cause is That Stupid Pony Show.

On a related note, I've been playing a ton of The Binding of Isaac, the next game by the Super Meat Boy dude. It's really good. Replay value through the roof.

Anyway, have any of you chumps beat this game yet?
