Once upon a time...
Mario and Luigi were chosen to help a group of Toads that were under attack by some renegade Goombas. Mario and Luigi went in their personal airplane with Peach to solve the problem.
INSIDE THE PLANE
Mario: One of the Doomships is straight ahead.
Luigi: Hold on tight!
The plane docks with the doomship and only now do we realize its humongous size.
The trio clambers onto the deck and lo and behold they are welcomed by Larry Koopa.
Good ol' Larry takes them too a waiting room and a Goomba takes them some snacks.
ON THE BRIDGE
Goomba: They are here!
Koopa Troopa: I'm not going in there with two plumbers!!
Goomba: Neither am I!
Larry: One of you go! I'll call Bowser!!
Both of them go and Larry calls Bowser on his personal Koopa Video/Audio Wrist Communicator.
Bowser: What the hell-? You woke me up, fool!
Larry: Oh great Bowser! The plumbers and Princess Peach have boarded our doomship!
Bowser: You're under attack!?!?
Larry: No sir! They come in peace!
Bowser: Chuck 'em over the side!
OUTSIDE
Kinopio himself gets inside Mario's plane to investigate.
WAITING ROOM
Goomba: Tell me about the time when you and Lord Bowser worked together to destroy the Great Sword!
Mario: Weel it started when your Lord Bowser took the Princess here captive and I...
OUTSIDE
The cannons blow up the plane and Kinopio.
WAITING ROOM
Somehow the three good guys know and spring into action. Mario punches the Goomba while Luigi heads straight to the bridge.
Larry closes "bulkhead" airtight doors, cutting Mario and Peach off from Luigi and the bridge.
Mario: Out the window!
The two jump and land on Parakarry.
Mario: Parakarry! I'm glad to see you!
Parakarry: Mario!?!? Is that you!?!?
Mario: It sure is, Parakarry! Down to the city!
THE BRIDGE
Larry: Foolish plumber, you shall die!!
Indeed, Luigi is surrounded.

Yeah! Us Yoshis are the best! We eat and eat and help Mario and eat and lose our kids...and...other stuff.
