I'm about %89 percent sure this is fake (why would Link wield a staff instead of a wood sword?), but either way, it looks awesome.

When I read what the video was, I immediately closed the tab.  I remember when people would put a lot of time and effort into making these things.  Now they're just lazy, and don't even try to convince the audience.

What are you talking about? Is that so-called "Zelda" video (I'm skeptical whether it's real or not) the new Rick Roll?
What's your problem, Cambodian?

Rats.  I came back to TMK hoping to find an April Fools joke and this is all I find. :(  Maybe I need to make one of my own. *cracks knuckles and types away with an evil laugh* Hello again, friends!  How's it been?

Edit: I guess it's better than nothing. :)

Didn't someone do this last year?

Oh, and while we're on the topic, exclusive footage of a new version of Brawl!

Did I fall for it?  Yes, and no.  I clicked, expecting a fake, yet well executed trailer made by a group of fans as an April Fool's prank.  Kind of like that Zelda Movie trailer from a previous year.  What I got was disappointing.
Rickrolling has got to be the laziest trap meme that I've ever seen.  At least the YouTube Poop community puts some work into their trap videos.

Does it count as a rickroll if 1) It's not technically a rickroll and 2) You went in expecting something fake?

C'mon, Jim. They are. See, most people will link a Rickroll to be a jerk. YouTube Poopers are proud to be jerks who put the extra mile into making you cringe. How not-making-them-seem-completely-problematic-and-disturbed that is!

Well, point me, if you will, in the direction of these LOL-inducing poops (good grief, can someone please come up with a better name? Well, I guess it accurately describes the maturity of the things). Sure, I've cracked a smile at a few videos of the CD-i Zelda king singing, but that's it. Then again, I don't go looking for 'em--is the stereotype of all YTPs involving Luigi, Robotnik, and/or CD-i games justified?

I didn't click on it because 1) It was April Fools Day 2) I'm not a huge Zelda Fan and 3) The %89 percent thing pretty much gave it all away.

I clicked on it and found out its true nature. Slightly disappointed, I decided to post a video that was highly related to the thread title. I assume no one has watched or cared about said video, since I dubbed it a rickroll.
