Deezers and Administrators can't be voted for because they're perfect and could easily win many of the topics up there. Adminstrators have upper hands of topics such as Most Intelligent or Nicest which is why they're administrators.

Meowrik, none of the admins are perfect. That was mentioned before in another topic. Besides, if they were perfect, then Sapph wouldn't be catching colds, and Deezer would be updating the Mariopedia, and...*goes on rambling about what would happen*
