dr_sh0ws is the username which was being referred to, I believe. It does not exist on the boards, as it is instead an email address.
Moderators and Administrators generally do not have access to a user's private messages. I say generally, despite having never heard of a case, because I'm sure someone, somewhere, has a board format that allows for it.
Honestly, I don't understand why people automatically assume the worst from whatever someone says, particularly the staff's comments lately. When I read the post, I assumed he asked Deezer, because that would make the most sense. What with the chatroom, working on the site for years, and knowing him personally.
I also think this thread has taken a terrible turn due to general naivety of some of the members, and lack of understanding of other concepts. From what I've seen and witnessed thus far, I think there's really only one answer, and it is the most obvious one.
As far as banning said members, I'm not really against or for it. I do believe they're all one in the same, and responsible for the emails. It seems unlikely that one's older brother would know Luigison's email and username to impersonate, as well as to "message" Deezer to apologize. However, ignoring emails is not something difficult to do. I think this whole situation has been blown out of proportion since the first email was sent.
I feel the most severe offense is really the impersonation of Luigison, but even then, anyone who would be fooled by that really has more important problems than reading a childish email.
