Sometimes I think about these things... mostly because my imagination is fueled by a recurring nightmare of a giant monster truck hovering ominously in the clouds.

I used to think about things like reverse gravity where everything flew "up," and figured I'd at least be somewhat safe if I was indoors... for however long I could keep that going. That's all I can think of for now, oddly enough.

I'm not exactly super positive about relationships right now, seeing as my last one (and technically first real one) blew up in my face after my girlfriend did everything humanly possible to ruin us, but I'm sure you two will be fine. It's definitely weird to me to "take a break" whilst you're in a long distance relationship though. Before I cut ties with my ex, it seemed like there were tons of unwritten rules about what we could do long distance. That stuff drove me insane, but if your girlfriend isn't a destructive monster, it won't be nearly as bad as I had it.

Of course, my ex was evil and tried to manipulate me even after she broke up with me... and you two seem to have a fairly civil relationship. I trust you'll have a much better experience regardless of how difficult it may seem. I mean, at least she's not cheating on you with 2-3 different guys... simultaneously.

Seriously though, good luck. Don't stress out a whole lot; you get way too distracted if you let it get to you too much.

I got a 7.3 on my first attempt. I might try it again later.

That's a pretty interesting test. I did get a lot more "perfect" rankings than I expected, but I definitely screwed up on a couple I can probably score higher with next time.

Sounds pretty sweet! Can't believe I missed that one in Dallas, so I'll see about attending the one in Austin unless something closer shows up. I'm also kind of waiting out some Weird Al concert dates that haven't materialized yet, so hopefully nothing clashes...

Latest News / Re: 3DS Ambassador GBA games now available for download

I have been playing Minish Cap the most out of them so far. Following as a close second is Yoshi's Island, which we used to have on the GBA. As far as the F-Zero and Fire Emblem titles, I haven't been able to get into them; I've never played them before and I'm kind of waiting it out until I run through all the other titles first.

Good stuff. Unfortunately my brother brought the 3DS to his finals today and hasn't come home yet...

I really wish they'd actually go through with adding GBA games as a regular Virtual Console release. It also kinda bums me out that they're not utilizing its full potential like multiplayer. Granted, it would a more likely to happen if the GBA games weren't an Ambassador Program exclusive.

Sometimes when it's bright outside, definitely.

I haven't really had the urge due to lights indoors, but I think it might have something to do with the transition from a darker room to sunny outdoors. I'm blue-eyed and prefer a dim light most of the time, but don't mind terribly if someone wants it brighter.

Oh, I lurk around MFGG. I used to be an active member of the forums, but since I dropped my old fangame hobby I haven't really found an appropriate way to reintroduce myself there. I haven't felt creative or capable enough to make a game worth showing there in a while. I do have a couple things submitted there; most of them are reviews.

I'm getting Super Mario 3D Land on Sunday... I may ask for Mario Kart 7 for Christmas or my birthday, but since both have recently turned into cash-related venues rather than other gifts, I'll probably just end up buying it with whatever extra cash I end up with around that time. I considered Skyward Sword, but that isn't a gift/purchase my "heart" would be in. It looks cool though, so maybe I can mooch some playing time with it off my brother if he gets it.
