Then Idaho. Also, I assumed when Mount Rushmore was posted that (even though it's not in both Dakotas) that it accounted for both of them because no one actually knows which state came first. Benjamin Harrison never told the rest of us.

Only because nensondubious totally screwed up. Besides, you skipped North Dakota. It's admittance is counted before South Dakota even though no one really knows which one came first.
