Baby Rosalina... interesting; I hadn't thought of that. But I think Baby Waluigi is more likely to happen.

I can pretty much guarantee that if Baby Wario ever shows up in a sport game, Baby Waluigi will be there too. Nintendo can't stand an asymmetric roster.
