Some of the things that the Toads say in SM64DS are pretty amusing. For instance:

"You're really whaling on
Bowser, Luigi!
We'll have to call you
the Luigi Brothers soon!..."

"Hey, Luigi! I'm your biggest fan! You're the best "supporting actor" the world's ever seen! The work you've done guarding Mario is great! I think if you were a bit more shrewd and assertive, you could definitely move into a leading role!"

Mario and Luigi have already been in one movie, it seems. (Remember "M&L" from M&L:SS?)

I like the following two quotes from Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.  Can anybody identify when, where, why and by whom they are said?

"Squirm and suffer like socially awkward worms!"

"Are you telling me that LUIGI beat me here?!?"

I like anything that Fawful says.
"And then the XBOX, PS2, and PSP were all eaten by the GCN. The End."

There are so many great quotes from PM2, you just can't count them! It's so great! Anyway I have another quote:

"What part of "I'm not your lunch" do you not understand?" -one of many rabbits in SM64DS

This is so great. For me, anything Fawful says is hilarious. Take the following, for example:
"Your lives that I spit on are now but a caricature of a cartoon drawn by a kid who is stupid!"
Ha! Now taste the finale, when carelessness opens the door to a comeback not expected by you!"
"In the last moments of the finale of the finale, when relief leads to negligence that begets rashness...that is when the comeback that faltered comes back and beats your pathetic comeback that I scoff at!"
"Urggh...Unless my mind is crazy, I have somehow managed to lose...this must be fate...urggh...I must accept the defeating..."

My personal favorite:
"The mustard of your doom!"

I know it's not from the games, but the line Bowser (or King Koopa) says in the Super Mario Bros. Super Show episode The Bird! The Bird! is great.

"Watch it soldier, when I want my feet licked, I'll ask for it... I want my feet licked."

I can't believe they got away with something like that in a children's cartoon but it's a great line anyways.

I also love the bit in the credits for Mario Power Tennis where Bowser electrocutes himself and Waluigi tells him "Don't expect mouth to mouth."
