I never believe anyone unless the original source is from the ones responsible for the development.
For example, I never believed that SPM existed until I saw a mention of it on Nintendo site.

If you're in Japan, yes. It auto-detects your computer language and shows the page as is.
What you need to do however, is find a 3-letter combination image with an input field right next to it. After you've typed the text from the image into the field, push the button next to it.

I'll fix it right away. Thanks for noticing.

EDIT: Look like I can't attach them. The ZIP file is 3 Megabytes, and the attachment system allow only 1536 KB.

Well, in case you didn't know, SMW's Japanese title was Super Mario Bros. 4, unless I'm mistaken.
The text "Super Mario Bros. 4" can be also found inside the ROM.

And the 1989 beta looks like they had just finished the main physics whatnot, and were focusing on level design more than on the graphics. Could be one of the reasons why nearly every graphic is changed in the final, surprisingly including the beautiful beta overworld.

Okay, remove monetary from my last post.
Anyway I don't really know why he doesn't want the ROM available, because he would still have the real thing, which is always better and more real.

Drastic overdump or an invalid dump may get the cartridge itself to become glitched, misfunctioning, or broken forever.
Maybe he doesn't want to take any risks.
