If I had a kid with Miley Cyrus who was somehow black, he'd look like this (I didn't realize the frame said girl on it when I picked it, so meh).

I think it just pops out a random ugly photoshopped baby based on some extremely simple algorithm type thing.

Luigison's Emma Watson Baby has darker eyebrows, a smaller nose, less eyebaggage, and a slightly different mouth.
