Well, Re-Deads and Like-Likes (form Zelda:OOT) are pretty annoying... But the most annoying is probably M. Bison,. from the Street Fighter series. He's so CHEAP and whenever I play him, I usually come close to breaking a controller in anger. That's why I don't play Street Fighter too much.

I used to HATE Charginchucks and Hammer Bros. But they don't bother me much anymore.

I don't like Zingers, from the Donkey Kong Country games, any of the badniks in Metropolis Zone from Sonic Two, or Death Egg Zone from Sonic & Knuckles, Phanto from SMB2, or Bandits, Monkeys, and Frogs from Yoshi's Island.

Jr. Troopa from Paper Mario is very annoying as are the many Pirahna Plants/Fuzzies in Forever Forest.

Also the hordes of zombies in TS2's Notre Dame level induce high levels of frustration in me.

If you are in a car travelling at the speed of light, what happens when you turn on the headlights?

Minblins are the most annoying badguys around even though they're small and easy to beat. There is too many minblins in one area and they rip Link to shreads.

Fission Metroids. I could never fiqure out which beam to use in Metroid Prime. I just ran for my life.

just as a side, I know the answer to your signature, Meowrik! My older brother used to work at McDonalds and told me what part of the chicken the McNugget was. He said that they take off the take off all of the loose meat of chicken and then use any leftover scraps that are on the bones to make the meat. Weather he was lieing to me or not, I do not know, but he sounded pretty dang serious to me.
