I know there are some wonderful writers here, but are there good poem writers?
I think that i am average.
Here is some of my examples:

Silent Valentine

Her eyes twinkle when she speaks
Anything On Mind.
Her hair flows down gently,
Like The Motion of a Waterfall

Her words of wisdom
Echoes In Everybody’s Mind.
She makes you remember,
Things All The Time.

So Why Can’t I Speak To You?
How do I know This?
Why should you love a boy who you never met?
The same reason why I can’t give you this valentine.

My Dear Mother

My Dear Mother
How I love You So.
You tell me I’m a good kid
Even When I haven’t been so.

My Dear Mother.
How I envy you so.
Your intelligence is as high
As your kindness and sweetness.

My Dear Mother.
How I miss you so.
Buried In Your grave, Smiling Deeply.
In A World Of Your Own.

Love Doesn’t Have A Price

I cut out this heart from red paper.
I got this candy from the store.
I got this poem from a book.
As cheap as It May Be.
It still shows how much I love you,
So now…
Why won’t you buy something for me?

Broken Dreams, Silent Tears

Stupid Valentine’s Day.
Why is there such a thing?
It causes such misery.

I slipped a card in your locker.
You picked it up and read it.
You laughed at the stupidity at it.

You and your friends

Laughed At Me.
I cried.

Stupid Day.
What A Stupid Holiday.
I hate this holiday.

What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up?

“What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up?”
Asked Jack’s dad.
Jack thought about it.

Maybe I would like to be a doctor,
Saving people left and right.
Or maybe a boxer,
Fighting every Monday night.

Or how about a police officer,
Eating donuts night and day.
Or maybe a politician,
People listening to everything I say.

How about a fireman,
Battling fire is my game.
But a News Reporter sounds fun,
Telling people when it rains.

Or, how about a dad?
Supporting a family?
“So, what do you want to be?”
I want to be like you, daddy!

Some of there, you have seen in PM Valentines, but I think my personal favorite is "What Do Yo uWant To Be When You Grow Up?"

Feel free to post some poems of your own, or if you would like to comment on others work.
