Capiche paisan?

It's in the Weird Al song "Lasagna", it's a spoof of "La Bamba". XD

I had this soup that was like tortilla soup or something.  My mother saw the recipe on Rachael Ray!  What a goofy lady that woman is.  Rachael Ray, I mean.

I think he knew that, seeing as the phrase wasn't mentioned in the topic (I think). The question mark is approriate because the translation is "Understand, friend?"
Anyway, there is no activity in the kitchen at the moment, so it looks like I'll be eating peanut butter and jelly for tonight. (I had even MORE lasagna earlier, for lunch... SOMEONE has to eat it! Aaah, mama mia...)

A veggie burger from Burger King.  They grow on you and are quite tasty if you give them a chance.

Looks like there should've been a 'Serious Posts Wanted' tag in the thread's title.

Thai food. I must say, white rice is the best rice because it tastes good with almost whatever it touches. Exceptions, I'd expect, would be ketchup... mustard... floppy disks...
