No Heroes Allowed! is the sequel to What Did I Do To Deserve This, My Lord!? 2. I wonder if it includes the previous games like the second did.

I... did not know that was even on Steam! Consider it considered.

FWIW (and I think EM agrees with me here):

God-tier: BIT.TRIP CORE / BIT.TRIP RUNNER

Good-tier: BIT.TRIP BEAT

Meh-tier: BIT.TRIP VOID

???-tier: BIT.TRIP FATE / BIT.TRIP [???]  (have not played / is not out)

BIT.TRIP RUNNER is my favorite so far!

Playing BIT.TRIP BEAT with mouse instead of rotating a wiimote around.

Son of a *****.

Also I just found out Tokyo Jungle will be some lame 2D platformer instead of a 3D open world.

Speaking of BIT.TRIP BEAT control methods, a dude at my weekly boardgaming night had it on his iPad and I beat the first level. I'd never take it over a Wii remote or mouse, but it did have a very interesting feeling of "directness" in lining your finger up with the path of the beats, rather than moving the paddle abstractly with a controller.

I would still give my nod to Wii remote controls over a mouse. The twist-controlling is like the Arkanoid-nob.

Just downloaded Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. If it's anything less than perfect, I'll teabag Lizard Dude.

The Sly Collection is nice for those of you who have PS3s and missed out on the original PS2 releases.  Plus, trophy support, if that floats your boat.

Hey, that does sound neat. Personally, I'm pysched for the rumored Ico/SotC compilation coming out for PS3.

Uh, it's not "rumored." It was announced at TGS that ICO and Shadow of the Colossus are getting HD remakes for PS3.

(The Sly Collection also has support for 3D displays and Move.)

I am offended by how WarpWrattler suddenly thinks he can commandeer this thread for whatever reason.

Yet somehow it hasn't been a problem every other time I've posted about the week's releases in LD's absence? At least all of these games are US releases.
