Do you realize that 90 mi. is about 10 mi. less than the distance between Montreal and Ottawa (these are REAL cities)? Why would people need to clear that much room for your rocket (this is NOT real)? A 25 megaton nuclear bomb detonated in the air would cause damage over a 30.4 mi. radius area. So unless you're transporting people in a giant WMD, I don't think that there's a need to clear away 90 (pretend!) miles of land away for your rocket, which is, of course, made up.
