How do you get the Extra Harder levels after you've beaten the game?

I've forgoten and i want to show my cousins when they come over for Thanskgiving.

Which version, and how many goals do you have completed? If it's the GBA version, you must have all 96. If it's the SNES version, you merely need to complete the Special Levels, accessed by finding the secret exit in Star Road 5.

Just so you know, the game doesn't actually get harder.
