Mario Chat / What was up with that Mario clone?

For those who've played SMRPG, you may remember a room in Johnny's ship where you ran into a guy that looked exactly like Mario and tried to block his path.

Seriously, what the dukes?

They never did explain that, leaving it open to speculation. Was it a Duplighost? A product of Balore? Some sort of Mario robot? And furthermore, what would Johnny want with a Mario clone anyway?

You all remember Zork and the other old text adventure computer games, right? Well in this game, you must type in what the player should do and also what happens to him.

Example:

Post 1) You are in a ROOM. obvious exits are NORTH and SOUTH. What do you do?
        >GO SOUTH

Post 2) It is very dark. You may be eaten by a GRUE. What do you do?
        >RUN AWAY

...and so on

Make sure to capitilize key words and certain objects like SOUTH, DOOR, and other important stuff. If you see a person, ask him anything! Once you enter a room you must remember whats in the room, and don't forget NOT to change anything.

Now to Start!!!

Not sure if this qualifies as a video game, but let's give it a go. This game is what got me into "Escape the Room" games. It's tough, but I did manage to beat it recently, so I can help if needed.

Word of warning: The intelli-lock in Level 5 can and will make you tear your hair out.

Hi, What level should I be before I fight Valkovitch? (I think that's his name, the Russian spear guy.)
Last time I fought him, he totally PWNed me. My party is Mario, Mallow and Toadstool.
