CashCrazed's isn't like that.
That was a joke.

My Fireball is fair. If you look at it, it costs 2 FP for the +2A, and while ice gives it another +2, fire gives it -2 and puts it to 0, which is the base attack.

OH! I forgot to say FP. Silly me.
Will this work?
CD Burner(1) - +1A, +2A against ghosts, +0A against fire
Did I get it right yet?
That was a joke.

Yes they are.

Hmm... if we add other items from other games, how about Blue GrubTubs and Dumbledang Pods and PukPuk Eggs and... Energy Capsules.
That was a joke.

This was meant to be a MARIO Battle RPG, you know. Notice the items are all Mario, the teams are all Mario, and the EXP system and currency are all Mario as well.

Yes, I understand your opinion now.

So, my Ether becomes a Honey Syrup!  But I still suggest keeping the Poe, just changing it to Big Boo and causing the Fear status on enemies.

Anyways...when will we get around to battling?

Oh, and one more thing.  Did you include speed numbers?  Because without them, who goes first?  Or do we simply flip a coin?

BTW this isn't really Mario based.  It's Paper Mario based.  The Elixir and Megalixir still exist in the Mario series, remember - Super Mario RPG?  And you forgot Magic Attack and Magic Defense, two vital parts of Super Mario RPG.  Oh well, I'm being too picky.

Let me repost my final stats.

That's not picky, it's technical. We want more (Mario related) items, and so I think we should have Elixir and Megalixir, and more SMRPG stuff... only, how can a Big Boo be an item?
That was a joke.

Shouldn't the "Hypno Disc" be a Dizzy Dial?
That was a joke.

« Reply #28 on: November 13, 2002, 03:47:08 PM »
Ok, I changed the Hypnodisc to a Dizzy Dial and put in the Elixir and Megalixir. But  already had an item called "Big Boo Photo" that causes fear.

Yes, it is based on Paper Mario, and for a good reason too. You see, the older Mario Battle RPGs(the ones before I made mine, see the 365 day length in "General Chat" and "Story Boards") were based on SMRPG, but they had a few problems. You see, the SMRPG system didn't work too well on a forum because of all the randomitivity and strechable rules. Certain people would start out as kings and make their moves always hit for great damage. I chose the Paper Mario system because of its non-random and simplistic layout and flat rules.

That certainly makes sense.
Hmm... how about these items?
Power Blast - 15 coins
Red Essence - 10
Yoshi-Ade - 7
Ice Bomb - 20
Fire Bomb - 20
Bracer - 15
That was a joke.
