lol. You're thinking of Daisy, who's now in a bunch of games. I'm talking about Pauline--the girl Mario first rescued from Donkey Kong. Daisy was in SML.

 In the Original Donkey Kong, at least the Game Boy version, Pauline's hair was brown.



I'll apologize for the horrible quality up front, but you can at least see her hair through the blurry-ness.

Thanks, but I already know what the box art looks like.  Somewhere in my huge database of Nintendo pics, I have a a poster-like rendering from the original DK--in which she distinctly has blonde hair.

Then, on the DK94 game box (which is what you showed), her hair is brown...

I'll try to find the DK poster image later. It's on my old comp.

Oh-ho-ho, I see, I see. That clears up some confusion on my part.

 I had thought maybe you had mistyped 94, and meant 64. In which case, I had no idea why Pauline would be in that game. I didn't recall that gameboy game was released in '94.

 Ah ha. I understand, my apologies for the time wasted.

EDIT: Spelling.. Where is my mind today?

 Hm, I see. It's a tough call then.

 Yet, I'm inclined to say she's a Brunette. Mainly because that's the direction her hair's taken.

 However, it's undeniable that she was at one point blonde. But, I think it's a safe call, considering that's when Mario was in his Popeye days.

 Ah, and you've nothing to apologize for. It was my bad for assuming incorrectly.

3 people (including myself) have made that very statement that LD mistaked Daisy for Pauline. However, due to the "messed up times," his post keeps getting pushed down to the bottom of the page.

no, sorry to keep arguing but that really answers nothing, abd DAISY has brown hair and a third eye. I don't even think there's a pauline trophy(nintendo seems to want to forget her).
