I realize that this has probably been talked about here before, but since I'm new and want to post things, I'm gonna ask anyway:

What do you think of Waluigi?

I, personally, think this character is awesome, and I'm looking forward to seeing the "Wario Bros." together in games in the future.  Plus, he indirectly gives Luigi more recognition.  What are yoiur thoughts?

I certainly agree that seeing the "Wario Bros." together in future games (perhaps even GBA Wario Land games) is an exciting prospect.

As a whole, I don't think he's all that bad a character either.

Personally, i think that Waluigi is a great character. Let's hope that he makes Luigi get more games.Like that Luigi's mansion demo become a real game...

I have thought about a "Wario Bros." game before...

Only one question: Are Wario and Waluigi's last names Wario? Mario and Luigi's last names are Mario, that's why we call them the Mario Bros. But the only way to call Wario and Waluigi the "Wario Bros." is if their last names are Wario!

Anyway, here's my Wario Bros. game idea:
It would be cool if Captain Syrup and Bowser teamed up and took over the Mushroom Kingdom together! Captain Syrup would be in charge of stealing the treasures from the Mushroom Castle, and Bowser would be in charge of capturing the Princess. Wario, Waluigi, Mario, and Luigi would have to team up and defeat Bowser and Captain Syrup in order to save the Mushroom Kingdom!

What do you think?

Ooh..I like it!  Nice idea, Mario Maniac!

As for Wario and Waluigi's last names, nobody really knows, becasue there is no set orgin for either.  In my imagination, those aren't even their real first names. Wario's real first name is Mario, but he changed it when he came to the MK to kinda be the Anti-Mario.  Waluigi's real name I haven't thought of yet.  It's possible, in my thinking, that just to reflect the Mario Bros. more, they took the last name Wario.  "Wario Wario and Waluigi Wario" versus "Mario Mario and Luigi Mario."  Anything's possible!  Just use you imagination.

Nobody, did you read my reply in the "Wierd Theory" thread?  I posted what games Cap. Syrup is in over there, plus a little summery of the stories of each.  She is in "Wario Land" and "Wario Land II"

Waluigi was just recently inroduced in "Mario Tennis."  He also will soon appear in "Mario Party 3."  Hope that helps.

Sorry to doo-doo on the parade, but I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate. . . hate Waluigi.

Just the thought of Wario having to share the spotlight with somebody in the next Wario game infuriates me.  Part of the reason I like Wario so much is becuase up until dork-man Waluigi popped up, Wario was one of a kind, a total original, no-one else remotely like him in the Mario series. (except Booster, but we'll probably never see him again)

I just can't imagine Wario with a partner.  Why would anyone want to hang around Wario??  He's a loud, obnoxious, self-absorbed, greedy ego-maniac!  That's why he's my favorite character!

So I got to thinking, if Wario and Waluigi were "bizarro" Mario Bros., shouldn't they go against each other instead of helping each other?  I actually don't mind this idea, because not only does it mean Wario will still be the star of any upcoming Wario games, it also gives him about his billionth arch-enemy. :D

I see what you're saying, billy chilly, but I stick to what I said above.

The Wario Bros. are still a bizarro version of the Mario Bros.  While Luigi is understanding of Mario's leadership skills, Waluigi is trying to gain attention, but when push comes to shove, he's very cowardly.  Some say Luigi is a coward, but I think he's just cautious.  Waluigi is a flat out coward.  I just think that Wario forcing him to accompany him in their plots against the Mario Bros. is funny.

I'm looking forward to Waluigi in Mario Party 3.  Oh, and Daisy, too.  'Bout time Daisy's getting some recognition.

Wario is cool, he's just a greedy, evil version of Mario!

But Waluigi... Why did Nintendo even have to create such a blasphemous character? Waluigi is just a cheap result of having a bad imagination... He's too recent to be even considered a Mario character! I hope there are no Waluigi action figures...

One question:
Why the name "Waluigi"? Wario's name is just Mario with an upside down M (W). So Waluigi should be like Luigi, but it should have an upside down L (r)... ruigi. I thing ruigi would sound a lot better than Waluigi.

I stated my point, enough said...

DIE WALUIGI! YOUR NAME SUCKS! "WALUIGI", HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA...! (And so on...)

I think Wario came up with the name "Waluigi"  for him to make Mario and Luigi mad and to alude to himself with the "Wa-"

"W"+"A"= EVIL

But, these are the responses I'm looking for.  I want to hear all your opinions! (oh, And don't feel I'm trying to negate them.  I just like sharing my theories.  They have no real bearing.)

So, who else has something to say about Waluigi?  So far, I think it's four "like him"s and to two "hate him"s.

I crack up whenever I smash the ball in Waluigi's face in Mario Tennis. Or when Bowser serves up a ball only to totally whack his teammate Boo, LOL. Talk about a FAULT!

I also like the way Waluigi lunges for far-away balls. He looks like such a goof, and sometimes he misses it by a mile.

So many good memories... uh, what were we talking about? Oh right, Waluigi. I like him too.
