You don't MAKE a classic quote, you just talk like you normally would and it it comes out funny, it'll be quoted. You think Boo_penguin has to try to say funny things? He just talks.

Yes, I have told Boo_penguin about it. He didn't really seem to care.

Also, the best way to get a classic quote is to be in #tmk when you say it.
