If someone were to make the argument that you have a little hubris in you, would you be able to defeat it, as well?

Makes sense.

Having played no more than a few minutes' worth of SFA or any Metroid game, I don't know much about either character. Hence there is nothing more that I have to contribute to this discussion.

Sorry for the words "hence," "contribute," and "discussion." They just seemed to fall into place.

Then maybe the Internet is not the best place for you to be. You won't find more typos anywhere else.

Western Washington—where I live—is known for its rain (there is usually A LOT during this time of year). Surprisingly, we've had nothing but sunshine this week. Note, however, that although the sun and mostly blue skies are pretty, it has been frosty and c-c-coooooold.

Aaahhhhhh!!! Attack of the non-working passwords!! It's affecting everyone in this thread now! Maybe we should start a new Animal Crossing thread and hope it all blows over . . .

Big Boo, each one of the passwords I gave you contains at least one letter that, in the Arial font this forum uses, looks like it could either be a capital "I" ("eye") or lowercase "l" ("el"). Are you sure you entered the correct letters when trying the passwords? To be sure, do what I've suggested: copy the passwords and paste them into a program that will allow you to change them into a better font.

Also, I used the town of Norfair and name of Rob, as you said are yours in "Animal Crossing Area," to create those passwords. Are these names correct?

Finally, Big Boo, thank you for giving me stuff!! I don't have time to enter the codes right now, but when I do, I hope they work for a change! Let me know what's happening with you—I can get the passwords again if you want.

My mom just got an exotic screen. I could get one from her if you want it, jjf8420.

Luigison, I am jealous of you. An 18-year-old, I lived in California for over 15 and a half years. I was born in Sacramento, CA's capital.

Now I reside in Washington state, about an hour's drive from NOA's headquarters in Redmond. I like the town in which I live and my proximity to Nintendo and DigiPen Institute of Technology, but it feels so much colder up here . . .

I have the following items:

cabana screen
snowman couch*
folk guitar
blue clock (it's a large, "tick-tock" clock)

My brother has a violin, and I could probably get one from him.

I strongly suggest that, when getting passwords from others, you copy the password into a word processor and change the font to something like Courier that will allow you to differentiate between the letters. That's what I do, and it has worked every time so far.

*I'm not sure the snowman couch can be traded. If I give it away, I cannot buy another one. What we could do, if it can be traded, is this: I give you the couch password, you enter it twice, getting you two couches, and then you give one back to me.

Heh, this topic is old . . .

I like a lot of what Monty Python did. However, some of what they did is outrageous, and only outrageous—not funny at all.

Anyway, I have Monty Python and the Holy Grail and the complete collection of Monty Python's Flying Circus on DVD.

So I know for next time, is it considered bad practice around here to dig up old threads?

Well, as long as you, CashCrazed, and anyone else who knows this top-secret information don't use it to be mean to others, I guess there's nothing to worry about. Thank you very much for answering my questions.

Loopholes? How exactly do you edit someone else's post? Well, you don't have to be TOO exact, or else I'll be able to do it myself (right?). Also, why would you want to?

I would be interested to know how you got the link in there, though. Would you mind sharing the knowledge? You would definitely have my appreciation.

droll (drôl), adj. 1. amusingly queer; comical; waggish.  â€”n. 2. a waggish fellow; a jester; a buffoon.  â€”v.i. 3. to play the droll or buffoon; jest; joke.

When did David say that, and what's so funny?

Big Boo, I am good for trading. Below are some passwords for a cherry, an NES game, and a Luigi trophy. If you are going to give me anything in return, I would most like to get any fruit other than cherries or pears. Also, your space station and ebony piano wouldn’t hurt.

My Town: Cahquene
My Name: Errol
