Does anybody know a program that can read animated GIFs? Because when I download one, there is only one frame.

GIFs should be able to open correctly on any web browser you have installed on your machine.

I use Paint.NET to open gifs. Do I need a different program?

It's been a long time, but I preferred a program called something like coffeecup back when I made websites.

Umm, what is Coffeecup? I am talking about a DOWNLOADABLE program, not a web browser.
