I'm gonna vote for what I think are the best, and not just what was voted.

NES: Mega Man 3, then SMB3
SNES: Final Fantasy VI, then SMAS+W
N64: Zelda: OOT, then Mario 64
GCN: Super Smash Bros Melee, then Soul Calibur 2
GB: Tetris, then Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow
