Goodness.
This all seems like some sorta conspiracy theory to me.
Very interesting, though.

Uh, interesting, but to me, it seems like a bunch of nerds had WAY too much free time on their hands.

I don't have a clue, but instead would like to point you to http://entertainment.howstuffworks.com/nintendo-ds.htm/printable for some general info on the Nintendo DS you may have missed.  Pay close attention to the "Microphone and Wireless Connections" sections as it pertain to some of the clue given so far.

This is all very fascinating, but the concept of this scavenger hunt is outrageous. In fact, I'm surprised nobody has gone mad trying to figure out the subtle clues in these pictures. But then, this thing is completely mad, isn't it? I prefer to let time reveal secrets that will be revealed eventually, without making people obsessive or insane. There you have it, my unasked for opinion. Perhaps I'm in over my head...

About the cane theory: In the "findsme" pic, next to the DS face, her hair curves like the cane.  In the pic with the boy playing the DS, if the DS was the face, the cane you pointed out was the cane shadow, then the curl of the hair would be on the boy's shirt, and when looking closely, a cane like the curl of the puppet girl's hair appears to be in the wrinkle/shadow  of the shirt.I bet the puppet girl is in that pic.

Everything is as smooth as sandpaper pajamas.

The cane theory was wrong.  Chad has made several new revelations about the DS secret in the last few post he made, but I don't have the time or energy to go other all of them now.  Check yourself if you have time:  http://forums.warppipe.com/viewtopic.php?t=11400&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0

Do you have one of the Super Mario 64 DS high scores?  If so, post it here.
