...Now what? First of all, probably this. Secondly... well, what do you think this will affect down the line? This is in General Chat because it's not inherently videogame-related, though it's to be expected that discussion will probably end up focusing on that.

I demand that this become a video game, ASAP. What could possibly be better than busting into a robbery-in-progress, looking the thief dead in the eye, raising your arm menacingly, then slappin' him across the face while exclaiming, "I'm Rick James, *****!"?

Being the bit--I mean, thief, getting slapped in the face by such an awesome phenomenon?

Also, we discussed this in the chatroom last night (which didn't end well due to difference in opinion); someone pointed out that it'd be cool to see a Disney vs. Capcom.

Not regurgitating old Dave Chappelle jokes, for one.

I don't mind, as long as there is a game produced where I can use Wolverine (or any of the other Marvel characters) to beat up Hanna Montana.

Because that'd be awesome.

Outside of videogames, I think all this will really amount to is more Disney product placement in Marvel movies and vice-versa. However, we can always hope for a Spider-Man Disneyland ride!

On that note, what's to become of those competing theme parks (Universal? I heard their contract with Marvel expired a while back, though...) with Marvel characters?

Aw crap. Marvel is now owned by Disney.

This would've been great if Joe Quesada wasn't just promoted to Chief of Animated Entertainment at Marvel.

Hopefully, Disney prevents him from turning some of those shows currently in production into trash like he's done to the whole of Marvel's print department.

Also, if it finally delivers that X-Men/Power Rangers crossover comic that was promised way back in the early 90s, I'm up for it.

Sadly, any Disney-produced Marvel media would probably be the other way around.

Maybe they'll use all those superhero alter-egos they had in the Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck comics universe and adapt them to a TV series.

*Imagines seeing PK and Supergoof team up in a manner reminiscent of the New Batman/Superman Adventures*

Yes, I know that show is DC.

You mean there are Quesada lovers out there?

Yes, I know that show is DC.

Nothing wrong with that. It's pretty common opinion that most DC cartoons are superior to Marvel's endeavers.

Although Spectacular Spider-Man is pretty friggin awesome, and The Avengers 2011 looks amazing.

Reboot? There's only been two and they, like, came out within the last five years.

But they were pretty bad for superhero movies... sure. If it worked for Batman, hopefully it can work for them.

I'm no weeaboo. I read comic books, watch far more western animation than eastern stuff, and I watch wrestling and soccer.

That being said, lets get back to more Marvel/Disney crossover images.

And the saddest thing? I get that reference.

It's a testament to the power of the internet how fast these sort of pictures are able to be created, but I'd just like to say that I'm already sick of Mickey/Wolverine meldings.

I'm a fan of the movies and video games and I honestly don't get it at all.

That's because those do not have the original Mary Jane debut, which is what this image is referencing.

I recognize this from one of my older Spider-Man trade (a reprint I believe), and the scene was recreated in Spider-Man: The Animated Series as well as The Spectacular Spider-Man.
