So recently my Wii has been turning off after playing for a bit and I wanna know how to fix it. I took a vacuum hose and sucked the vents dry of dust, I did some stuff what the Nintendo site said to do like reset the AC adapter and such, I've turned it on it's side and I'm getting annoyed. After it turns off it is real hot so it could be overheating but I don't know why. Can anyone help?

It's because the Wii is so small. There's no room for anything to cool off. Keep it in a well-ventilated location, don't use WiiConnect24, have it "off" when off and not in standby. I think it's probably less apt to overheat when vertical (less covered surface area). Might not hurt to buy a third party fan.
That was a joke.
