The only Mario game I consider odd is Super Mario Strikers. Like in the Super Mario Strikers Disscusion topic, Mario characters are doing the strangest things in that thing (the satge designs are cool though, but they're not Mario). The other reason is that when you select professional mode (it's really nomral mode), the CPU acts like it's actually hard mode.

I don't hate Sonic, but I just don't play his games anymore. Mario seemed to connect to me more, but I used to love Sonic when I was a young boy. As a matter of fact, I got Sonic Advance for one Easter and i played it a lot during that time, but now (and probably forever), Mario and his brother are my best friends. It's very interesting how intrests change as people grow up.
