There's always the satisfaction of a job well done, and all the bragging rights that come with it ; )

Super Mario World?  Why yes, several times actually.  It is one of the classics.

Sorry for posting a reply so late- I have been out of town for 2 weeks... *Hinopio hangs his head in shame*

Welcome back to Fungi Forums, where the folks are friendly!

Hmm... I've gotten a few (OK, a lot) of load errors on the forums, but some quick Back-button action usually fixes that problem for me.

I have yet to be shut off from the forums, though... maybe there was too much traffic or something.

Why on earth would they NOT release Earthbound 64 in America?!?  EarthBound for the SNES is one of the greatest classic games!

I don't know just how effective petitions are  against the almighty dollar, but I'm going to sign anyway.  I am looking forward to the release of EB64...

Video Game Chat / Re: Portable handheld N64?
« on: July 24, 2000, 03:11:11 PM »
Hmm... a 64 bit handheld console?  Technology would have to advance 2 or 3 years before we could see a handheld version of the 64.  The mere fact that it has 3D capabilities would require several extra chips, let alone the size carts would have to be to take advantage of the hardware.  As for using discs instead of carts?  Minidiscs, maybe.

Don't get me wrong- it could be done.  I wouldn't go so far as to call it handheld.  Portable at best, but not handheld.

Anyone seen the PS-One? (I think that's what it's called)  Sony kind of used this idea to update the Playstation...

Everybody STOP!!!

There is no rumor.  This is all just speculation of a scenaio nobody wants to face.  Shigeru Miyamoto appears to be in good health, and I doubt he is considering retiring within the next 3 years, if that.  Please don't cry!  I repeat- there is no rumor.

We're just killing time while waiting for another Game Help question...

What!?!  Please clarify... I think this is a farewell message, but I'm not sure.

That reminds me!  Not to get off topic, but can you still get those little batteries replaced?  The NES and SNES are becoming ever older and out of date... I wondered if Nintendo still replaced batteries.

WARNING: If you like professional wrestling, do not read this message.  It is not meant to offend any person in particular; rather it is meant to bash professional wrestling directly.

Super Smash Brothers is as close to a wrestling game as it should get.

Most games already insult our intelligence enough already.  I swear, wrestling has to be the most mindless and low-brow excuse for entertainment in the history of television!  I hate to offend anybody, but watching big, sweaty men hug each other doesn't appeal to me.  I see very little carryover value in it.
