As a person who may potentially be working as a game developer, I fully support that. Plus Gamestop is stupid, the less money they get the better.

Dude, people have been double triple posting all over the every for a while now. Complaining about it is a thing of the past. As is complaining about the complainers, so I guess my post is unwarranted, but whatever.

Sweet. In all honesty, the two of us really only play Gears 2 anymore when it's a super-XP weekend, which is also the time when we're looking for other people to play with. But I'd be down, and I'm sure LD would too, to play some sometime. We should also kinda be planning for Gears 3, considering its four-player co-op nature.

Yo CoconutMikeNIke, do you play online? Me and Lizard Dude are always looking for more people to play Gears 2, L4D2, and other random games with.

I don't think casting firaga on raw meat is the best way to cook.
LOL
I'm nowhere near responsible enough to live away from home. I can't clean, drive, do my own laundry or cook anything besides Kraft Dinner. Remember, you're talking to a guy who can't tie his own shoelaces.
You don't need to do most of those in college anyway. Cleaning is done by the dormitory cleaning faeries, most campuses are small enough to walk or ride a bike, and on-campus meal plans are quite the norm (where you go to a cafeteria and eat food prepared for you). Of course, you should probably inform your mother that you will henceforth be taking care of all of your own foot-related clothing duties before you try to tackle laundry.

Ideally both, but given a choice, wait for the new one. Instead of playing Bioshock 2, just play Bioshock again. And again. Don't get me wrong, Bioshock 2 is a good game, but I was disappointed by it after how amazing Bioshock was.

Right. Stand in the right spot, press select to open the menu, tab over to the inventory with RB, equip the pins, press B to exit the menu and then circle-strafe the monster while attacking and the pins should go into effect automatically. I'm pretty sure that's how it works. Someone who's actually played the game, back me up here.

Yeah. After he gives you the pins, you have to equip them from your inventory. Then just make sure you're standing in the right spot and press B and it should work.

Did you go into your inventory and make sure they're equipped?

I have played many types of PC games at my grandma's house, ranging from Bejeweled to Myst to Worms to American McGee's Alice. Her house is also the first time I played Half-Life.

I think the problem is you're making assumptions about a game you haven't played, or haven't played enough to have any relevant opinion, an argument tactic that is quite frowned upon.

That's not the point. The point is, that is a lot of real time hours to invest in a game.

I'm not saying I don't have the dedication to play a single game for 80 hours, I just straight up don't have time. Plus my personal gaming interests don't tend to involve super long games. Coincidence is the wrong word but something like that.
