That wasn't his original color scheme, either. His Mario Bros. color scheme was the original. In the artwork for the arcade version of that game, his overalls and cap were green and his shirt was brown.

But, in the game, his overalls were green, shirt was black, and shoes were blue.

I mean, the reason they cancelled the game was because they wanted to work on Star Fox 64 and release that instead. Also, if you play the rom of Star Fox 2, it's only neutral, and it's alot like the first game.

I'm sure Kirby's Dreamland 3 will make it, but it seems like Nintendo is releasing the Kirby games in chronological order, except Kirby 64.
