Here's what I think.  Also I think they should have HP instead of percent of damage.

Mario           (500 HP)
Luigi           (485 HP)
Peach           (700 HP)
Toad            (335 HP)
Yoshi           (480 HP)
Wario           (550 HP)
Waluigi         (450 HP)
DK              (610 HP)
King K. Rool    (615 HP)
Bowser          (625 HP)
Banjo           (500 HP)
Kazooie         (390 HP)
Grunty the Witch(600 HP)
Boo             (360 HP)
Magikoopa       (425 HP)
Koopa           (380 HP)
Pirana Plant    (425 HP)

And they will be able to increase their HP with the more battle experience.  Kinda like a RPG, but exactly like SSB.
