General Chat / Re: Which hand do you use the most?

When I first learned to write, I was a lefty, but in kindergarten the teachers forced me to write righty, so that's what I do to this day, even though the way I hold my pen is still lefty-style.

Game Help / Re: paper mario..how to beat bowser
« on: May 21, 2001, 11:01:55 PM »
This is what I did when I beat him:
(My memorie's rusty with the names of items and stuff though so I apologize if they're not correct, I rented the game)
Equip the Lucky Badge, Spike protector Badge, HP Plus, and Power Bounce badges.  Also have Watt with you.  Some other things that would help would be the highest Merlee spell that you can buy, and tons of Life Shrooms.  The strategy that I went with was to use the Power Bounce on Bowser and mostly regular attacks, and of course the Peach Beam when he becomes invincible.  Do not use any special attacks or any of your items until you're down to your last Life Shroom.  I was lucky enough that he never used the HP recover at all while I battled him but if he does, just keep going, he'll eventually go down.  For some reason, I actually thought he was easier than the Crystal King!

General Chat / Re: Favourite NES Game

NES will always rule!  I think I'm going to break down once my NES breaks down and is unusable, though.  Even an emulator can't capture the same experience as with old gray.  MegaMan 2 and 3, and Maniac Mansion were my fave non-Mario games.  They had the most awesome music!

Not at the Dinner Table / Re: Religion

I'm a Christian and that's all that anyone needs to know.  I go to a Presbyterian church but I don't believe in denonimational segregation.  Anyway, if our mission is to spread God's word, and love and respect each other at the same time, isn't that what we should be doing?
