Lets not only think about strenth lets think about experience.Mario has [bundle of sticks]hten turtles mushrooms with fangs and a Giant snapping turtle dragon thing.Sonic has faught robot versions of every weapon and animal in the world.In the way of powering up,Sonic can turn golden and float and distroy anything that gets in his way,Mario gets bigger and mabey metal. All and all I think the great meta Knight from the Kirby series would win.

 Every single koopa imaginable mainly kemek and koopa the quik, and Kooper as well as Parakarry Kammy is good,Dry Bones..........

Question:
what is the thing on yoshis back?
It may be a saddle considering mario rides on it.But you also have to consider that yoshis are born with the thing on its back meaning it is some sort of shell wich may mean yoshi is an advanced koopa
