I think the original was easiest to control, but that may be because I've played it more than the others. 64 is my favourite because it isn't flat: instead of left, right, and jump, the course actually moves both vertically and horizontally. And the courses were more interesting. No 1 tile walls with infinite horizons, but actual landscapes.

Ya don't know Mr. Game and Watch? Before the NES, Nintendo made handhelds called Game and Watches (look to www.gameandwatch for info on them). Mr. G&W is a generic character from the handhelds and his moves are based on the different games.
