Mario Chat / Exclamation Mark Blocks

Hi.
The Mariopedia seems pretty comprehensive, but there's one thing I'm looking for that's missing. There's an entry for the question blocks in it, but in the Mario games there are also blocks with exclamation marks. Maybe I missed it because it was under another title, so if anyone knows where it can be found in the Mariopedia, I'd be much obliged.
