Off the top of my head...

Mouser from SMB2.
The giant eel from Mario Sunshine.
Sluggy the Unshaven from SMW2 (in fact, all the boss battles in that game were really clever).
Doopliss was also pretty cool, mostly for what happend *after* the battle. That like, blew my mind. ;)

One of those nipper plants. Those things are cool.

Some things I'd like to see...

More control over the options, such as the ability to mix and match different games modes (giant slow-motion invisible melee, etc).

More options and game modes in general. Tag team would be fun. So would plain old "tag." :)

The ability to take snapshots from the pause screen in any game mode.

The Punies were way cool. I liked the Russian Bob-ombs, too. :)
What are the Doogans and Craws (I think that's what they were called) from?

Yes. He had his own segment in the show, apparantly. If you do a google search for "Saturday Supercade," you'll find some pretty informative fan sites for the show. (I'm not linking to them because the only ones I found use inappropriate language :/)

After a little bit of searching, I found some information about an old 1983 cartoon called "Saturday Supercade" which featured a variety of popular video game characters of the time, including Donkey Kong. That's gotta be it.

I can't believe I have never heard of this before. I mean... a cartoon starring Q*bert? That's awesome. :)

btw... it looks like Mario made an appearance on that show. I guess that would be his television debut. Check it out...

I am also curious about that guy. He's one of the stranger characters in that game. Maybe he's some sort of inside joke by the designers?

(SPOILER) Also, what was up with the end of the game when it shows Piantissimo standing next to the Gadd Science Paintbrush?

I don't think there's any trick to it. You just have to land on the shell *exactly* right. Basically, it's just luck.

Yeah, I remember the bob-ombs in Link's Awakening. There were indeed a lot of Mario enemies in that game. Goombas, Pirhana Plants, etc. There were "kirbies" in that game, too.

Other than that, I don't think there are any bob-omb "cameos"... unless you count the Smash Bros games. They should be in more games, though. ;)

Mario Chat / Re: Super Mario/D&D Conversion.

I came up with some material for a Super Mario pencil & paper RPG a while ago. Didn't have much to do with D&D other than the fact that they are both P&P RPGs. I don't think the D&D rules would work very well for a Super Mario setting... but it would be pretty funny to randomly throw things from the Mario universe into a D&D game. "I cast Magic Missile at Birdo." :p

Deezer, hint: You have to use the R button. :)

I now have all the badges and tattles, and I picked up a whole lot of new recipes. Now the only enemy who gives me more than 1 star point is the Amazee Dayzee. :/

I still have a couple of questions... What's with the Double Pain and Slo Go badges? Is there some kinda trick to them or are they just there to make the game more challenging for yourself? Also, what does it mean when I see that flash of light after Zess T cooks something? I thought it just did that whenever I found a new recipe, but I found about 12 new recipes last night, and it only did that once (for Zess Dinner I think).
