I registered for my college courses today, so I'm pretty relieved / happy about that. I'm excited to be getting back to school after a gap-year.

I guess I meant to say I don't like anything weird. I just like classic things. And I'm sure someones going to argue that the names I said I like ARENT classic, and the ones I said I didn't like are, and so on. But whatever.

I like the name Oliver.  And June.

(I oldish, short names. I hate junk like Xavier and Skyler and so on. Or weird misspellings of perfectly good names. [Ashley, Ashlee, and Ashleigh??? Come on!] No offense to anyone named any of those things, but ick.)

The past few days have been pretty awesome. I'm being attacked by cute things.  I got SPP finially (I don't care how easy/weird/whatever you think it is, it's pretty darn CUTE), and everyone in my family is finding cute abandoned baby animals. (Right now I'm feeding a kitten with a bottle. ^_^)

Normally, the kind of drawings I do are things like this:

I think the problem is it's hard to make dinosaurs new and exciting. It's been done overmuch. I think if there was a new dinosaur game out, it would have to be a story completely different than "People go back in time. Aaah! Dinosaurs!" or "Dinosaurs go forward in time/are dug up and reanimated. Aaah! Dinosaurs!". And I don't know if there's any other way to justify dinosaurs.

(Not saying they aren't cool. Because, you know. Giant scary lizards = yes. But what can you do with them that hasn't already been done?)

I figured I should post a pic. Disclaimer: The only 'good' picture I have is one taken with my horrible old webcam, which decided after about a month of use that it would only take pictures in black and white. Ugh. I have a new digital camera though, so...expect something better soon!

I've got a new game coming in the mail, as well as a Japanese workbook I've been wanting. The stress of preparing for my sister's wedding is officially OVER, and I'm going to see Pirates on Wednesday, with a friend I haven't seen in a long time.

(You know, this actually did make me feel better. :) Yay!)

Dying on the last spinner on the last level of the hardest mode in Ouendan/Ouendan 2/Elite Beat Agents.

I don't know why those spinners have to be so hard! Or maybe I'm just doing them wrong. It gets to the point where I've played a stage so many times I'm getting nearly all 300s and then the last 15 seconds of the last section will off me.

I've never been the most skilled player so I usually get through games by continually dying and practicing till I get it right. So I'd say the worst way to die is by making the same mistake over and over.  At least, it's the most annoying way to die.
