Toad's really not that well respected in the Mario world, ain't he? I mean he got some good roles in SMRPG and SMB2, but I think he should help out the Mushroom Kingdom more(meaning, he should be in more games in starring roles!), even though he was the star in Wario's Woods...

Toad rules! He's the best character in "Super Mario Bros. 2" and the "Mariokart" games. And he was great in the cartoons! Long live Toad!

On the topic of toad being underated I completely agree. Not only that but I noticed that toad didn't have any roll in Super mario sunshine! They only had single colored ones and none with red spots and a blue vest, and in SSBM peach uses toad as a shield! come on, thats just cruel isn't it?

I agree, though, that Toad is extremely underrated. Princess Peach has had her own game, Bowser has been playable in something resembling a platforming game (side-scrolling parts of PM2, and in SPM), even Luigi's had more starring roles than Toad (ok, so he's always been there, as Player 2, but he's had other adventures..)

I never liked Toad. His sprite in the original SMB even looks like he's flipping you off.
