Anyway, I doubt the Mario Lottery game exists. If it does, then quite obviously it would be Japan-only (that also explains why we never see any horse-racing games around here).
Your best bet for finding this likely-horrendous game, if it exists, is searching on a site for ROMs. There is one other pathetic Mario game called Mario Same-Game, which can be found on pretty much any ROM site nowadays.
Or you could just play SMB2 (or Doki-Doki Panic, wouldn't matter to you) and play its slot machine game.
