Even though I don't agree with anything Frostbite ever said, I believe him this time. Because I always wanted to know where Waluigi came from, and I knew they wouldn't just make him up, but I began to lose hope since he didn't star in any games, but now I know.  Thanx FB!

Either that, or the glowing is a result of laser eye surgery gone horribly wrong. And in the episode, "Flatbush Koopa", right at the end, for about a half of a second, it shows Peach's castle!

if they did make a new cartoon, i think they should have charles martinet be the voice of mario
i also think it should be cgi
