I'm making Flash movies...

Hey, does anyone know a program that can convert a WMV file (Windows Movie Maker/Windows Media Player)? I need a program that can convert it to a format which can be converted to a Flash format.

I need to convert WMV to FLA by any process whatsoever! I have like 5 Mario movies from Windows Movie Maker that need to go in a smaller format(Flash) so I can put them up on my flash movie gallery. I've been looking for days and found nothing.

You do want to see my movies, right?......
