Hey all. I'm planning a really funny new Mario comic,(you can read the others here) and I was wondering: What Mario characters would be best suited for a team of three?


I have sprites for:


Mario, Luigi, Wario, Waluigi, Peach, Daisy,
Li'l Dave, Daniel,(Well, they aren't Mario characters, but I'm the writer.) Toad, Link, Shyguys, Birdo, and some of Wart.



Pair off teams as you see fit. I still have to get s'more sprites.

Oh, yeah. The teams are for a dodge ball tournement. And the coolest part? I'm gonna put a poll on my site and let you decide the outcome! Later!

Mario, Luigi, and toad would make a good team.
Peach and daisy, constantly ragging on wart for being stupid would be funny too.

Well, I've decided teams! Brace yourselves!

Team Mario- Mario, Luigi, Goombario
Team Wario- Wario, Waluigi, Goomwario
Team Toad- Toad, Toadette, Toad(2-P)
Team Princess- Peach, Daisy, Toadsworth
Team Link- Link, Gannondorf, Young Link
Team Edwards- Li'l Dave, Daniel, Bluto
Team Bowser- Bowser, Koopa Troopa, Paratroopa
Team Mask- Mask Koopa Mario, Mask Koopa Luigi, Mask Koopa Random


Eight teams, 4 semifinalists, 2 finalists, 1 champion team. It won't be a long comic series, but it'll be funny, none the less. Oh, and before I forget, if you think of any teams to add, tell me.
