I do believe he also appeared in Yoshi Touch and Go. He also has a large chance of appearing in Mario and Luigi 2, for obvious reasons. But more to the point, I don't mind Petey being in Mario Baseball, as there's going to be a mind whopping 50 characters. That leaves lot's of room for other characters, and a Magikoopa has already been confirmed. I also hope more Kongs and Wario Ware characters appear.
