The title for the final installment of the Star Wars series was announced at the ComicCon convention. And when they announced they were selling T-shirts with the logo on them, everyone just flew off to the Lucas booth.

Oh Yeah.
I hope it isn't cheezy like the other new ones. I'd rather they do it using 70/80's technowledgy. I know it's Expensive, and most of the special effects couldn't happen. But, they've gone too far with the computer junk. I Hope its better. Watch an old star wars, then a more recent one. You an tell which looks more realistic. The old ones of course. Totally useless. I hope it's done well.

I heard from the guy who does the concept design that this one is going to be a lot better than the other two new ones... but, of course, he does the concept design, so it's probably in his best interests to promote it...

Well, at least he admitted that Jarjar was a mistake... although he didn't have a lot of influence over that, beyond the physical design...

Meh.

I swear I'm the only person in the world that LIKES Jarjar.
As for the prequels being cheesy, yeah, that love scene in Episode 2 made me want to gag, but I loved everything else.
More realistic? I think not. If I have any beef with the prequels, it's certainly not with the special effects.
I can't wait for the third one. I've been a Starwars fan since, like, the womb.

Naw, Jar Jar is funny. I know several other TMKers who like him.

And yeah, the prequels are good. Quit knocking them.

The universe is permeated with the odor of turpentine.
That was a joke.

Yeah, the prequels could have been way worse, but I still find myself watching Attack of the Clones more than The Phantom Menace.

Whoa there, booster.
I never said that I didn't like them. They're great. They could have been better. Nothing's wrong with Jar Jar, but he makes a lot of msitakes and ruins the fate of the galaxy when he asks for complete power to be given to Palpatine... But.... Other than that he's cool.
We're total nerd. Wastinng our time arguing about Star Wars on a Fourm about Mario.
