I liked a lot of DiC's shows.

The first one I remember seeing regularly was Inspector Gadget.

I also liked the first Sonic series. The one that was on ABC on Saturday Mornings was the 2nd series, and was a bit more serious. I don't remember watching that a lot, but I do remember watching it.

I also have a few of the SMW and SMB3 cartoons on tape. Stinks that both shows only had 13 episodes, though...Weird that they came out to be an odd number, or maybe I am just missing something...

Unless I'm mistaken, 13 is the minimum number of episodes a show can have to qualify as a "season".
Or something.

But each episode was 10-15 minutes in length.

So, what did they do after the 13th episode?

Okay first of all, if you look carefully at the number of episodes from each mario show, they are all divisible by 13.

Secondly, please stop  bad-talking these cartoons, I thought they were excellent.  Sure you don't appreciate them as much now, but when I was a kid I couldn't miss a single episode...I just couldn't, and there's a few that I wanna see again, but they're hard to find.

So far I've downloaded - (SMBSS) Mario's Magic Carpet, Mario and the Beanstalk, and Mario Meets Koopzilla, (TAOSMB3) Never Koop a Koopa, Toddler Terrors of Time Travel, Tag Team Trouble, Kootie Pie Rocks, The Ugly Mermaid, 7 Continents for 7 Koopas, and Do the Koopa, (SMWS) The Night Before Cave Christmas, Born to Ride, Party Line, and A Little Learning.

A decent portion of the selection on P2P servers come in parts, I don't want them in parts, because you can't keep track, so I try to find whole episodes.  I have a few that are awaiting sources, but we will see in a few days.

All in all, these cartoons are FANTASTIC!

I didn't bad talk them, I thought SMW, SMB3, Inspector Gadget, and Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog pwned.

When I meant by "Why is it odd?", I meant, each show contains two episodes. 13 episodes comes out in an odd number. They can air one episode for the first half of the show, but what would they do for the second half?

Were they aired along with some other show, and when syndicated on PAX, they put them together? I have them on tape because I was one of the lucky people who had it on in my area. When they were on PAX, they aired two episodes in each show.

...Yeah, if I continued to try and explain, my head would explode.

That was so great.  I had no idea they were on that channel until I accidently discovered them.  As soon as I found out I got extremely excited and tried to watch the shows every time they aired, rerun or no.  Even if it meant waking up early.  Now I miss those shows so much it isn't funny.  And I wish I could have seen the old Sonic cartoons too, because I only saw one episode and it reeked with stupidity (Sonic's Christmas Blast).

Toddathon: You should download "Misadventures of Babysitting" and "Super Koopa" of TAoSMB3.  I got them both on one tape several years ago and still enjoy the crazy plots and goofy music (my super duper "Ka-a-rubi"!  Yeah!).  And speaking of that hopefully Deezer will put up the scans I sent him of my three Mario videos.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but not their own facts.  But I think we can all agree that Mario rules and that''s a fact!

I HAVE THAT TAPE TOO!

I found that tape at my convenience store it included misadventures in babysitting and super koopa, and I must've watched it like daily when i first got it, yes the music was awesome!  Even though i have them on tape, i wanna add them to my computer collection...but i couldn't find super koopa, and misadventures in babysitting isn't downloading.

QUOTE: Mario really should've picked Warner Bros. to do his cartoon.

What about Ruby-Spears or Hanna-Barbera?

Super Koopa was the best episode of the SMB3 show.  I brought back Bowser's power pendant for one of my stories on here.

I''ve found that if you have a goal, you might not make it.  But if you don''t have one, you''re never disappointed.  Let me tell you, it feels phenomenal!
